• The Board is constituted under The Chhattisgarh Ayurvedic, Unani tatha Prakritic Chikitsa Vyavsai Adhiniyam , 1970 (Adaptation Order, 2001)
• The Board is a constitutional body working under "Health and Family Welfare Department", Government of Chhattisgarh.
• The First Board in Chhattisgarh State is constituted on 25 May 2001 by the Government of Chhattisgarh
• The First Meeting of the First Board held on 13 Oct 2001
• The Second Board in Chhattisgarh State is constituted on 23 Oct 2009 by the Government of Chhattisgarh
• The First Meeting of the Second Board held on 23 July 2010

• सभी पंजीकृत चिकित्सक "आचार संहिता" का अध्ययन करे एवं उसका अक्षरशः पालन सुनिश्चित करें ।
• पंजीकृत चिकित्सक अपने नाम के प्रव‍िष्टि में कोई त्रु‍ट‍ि हो तो रजिस्ट्रार कार्यालय में सूचित करें ।
• व्यवसाय स्थान का परिवर्तन होने पर रजिस्ट्रार कार्यालय को अनिर्वायतः सूचित करे जिससे व्यवसाय स्थान की प्रविष्ट‍ि राज्य रजिस्टर में की जावेगी ।
• पंजीकृत चिकित्सक अपना मोबाईल नबंर और ईमेल आईडी रजिस्ट्रार कार्यालय में दर्ज करावें ।

उक्त बिन्दुओं पर ध्यान न देने पर होने वाली कार्यवाही के लिए चिकित्सा व्यवसायी स्वं जिम्मेदार होंगे ।
